Faliraki
A long sandy beach by day, the island's liveliest strip by night.
Faliraki is Rhodes at full volume: a long beach of golden sand with every watersport going, a seafront of restaurants, and bars that stay open until the early hours.
By day
- Sunbeds, parasailing, jet skis and banana boats along the main beach
- Rocky coves at the south end, towards Ladiko and Anthony Quinn Bay
- The water park on the hill behind the town, the largest in Greece
By night
Bar Street and the clubs around it are where the island's younger crowd ends up. For something calmer, eat along the quieter southern end of the beach.
Fifteen minutes from the villas: close enough for the nights, far enough to sleep.
